Hot Water and Cold Water Mixing Valves
These valves are available with a Variety of End Connections and Flow Characterists. Valve Actuator Types include: Electic Actuators, High Pressure Pneumatic Actuators, Low Pressure Pneumatic Actuators are available with Control Signals of 2-10vdc, 4-20ma, 3-15 psi and 8-13 psi. Control can also be Floating. Spring Return and Non-Spring Return Actuators are Available. Retrofit kits can be Custom Made when Upgrading a Control System to a Different Type of Control Signal. An Example is going from Low Pressure Pneumatics to Electronic Control Signals. Often the Valves can be Reused and a Bracket and Coupler can be Machined to Accommodate the New Electronic Actuators.
Butterfly Valves can be the most effective on Larger Piping Systems. They often need to be Smaller than Line Size to Achieve Resonable Control. Ball Valves have good shutoff and are cost effective in Smaller Line Sizes. Globe Valves can have Trim Suited for Process Conditions. Globe Valves often need Large Heavy Actuators for Upstream Shutoff.
